Hello Members!

Our community is a great place to discover new and innovative ideas for our devices and services. 

Innovation lab is a simple way for you to share your ideas directly with our teams.

In week 15 of #Innovationlab, we are requesting you to share your ideas for the following two themes:

1. Local Language: Feedback on inadequate translations, awkward expressions on system or application prompts
2. 3rd Party SNS: Usability and feedback on app's native features on Galaxy

As a Galaxy user, feel free to suggest any improvement, new feature or make a request which you feel will help us improve the devices.

All you need to do is :

• Create a post detailing your idea/suggestion
• Include illustrations/diagrams/images or any detail you feel will help us understand it better
• Include #InnovationLab in your post title/subject

We will go through all your suggestions to bring significant improvements. Week 15 topics will be open till 25th April. Week 16 topics will be announced later.

Samsung I have an new innovative Idea about the mobile device and its security. But it's not to work any Samsung Mobile Because My idea not possible to Excute old Mobiles.
My idea can you Excutes only through new hardware required totally a New SAMSUNG MOBILE Comes.

#InnovationLab15: Multiple Ideas

As you regularly provide the software update, you may offer custome hardware of your user. So that they will never shift to any other brand. Like when you update a camera hardware, you may offer it for other compatable models with some exchage price. Similarly you may customize the processor, memory, battery, display, camera as per user's choice for a customized phone (like laptop) at reasonable price.

The second idea is to improve the flexibility of OMLEd displace to make it unbreakable. You have already done this but not implemented in mobile.

Another idea is to provide a noise cancelation feature in mobile speaker, or through normal earphone. It's easy to implement because you already getting the ambient noise data from the inbuilt microphone. You may modulate the speaker or earphone output accordingly.

Provide the s-pen feature in all phone. Minimise the radiation as low as possible.
Provide a thermometer to measure room temperature and body temperature.

Please increase network speed i thing when comparimg with some other phone in same location samsung phone is getting low network speed.
Please add network speed meter in top of the display.

My note20ultra after April update the screen went black but the buttons are working touch is working i can pick up calls use bixby but the display won't show up help me.......

As you regularly provide the softwar update, sometime there is bug in update

second idea increase shutter time of camera capturing photos

third idea is to increase performance of mobile by using higher processor

fourth idea is to optimize all app with processor so mobile will not lag
