Hello Members!

Our community is a great place to discover new and innovative ideas for our devices and services. 

Innovation lab is a simple way for you to share your ideas directly with our teams.

In week 13 of #Innovationlab, we are requesting you to share your ideas for the following four themes:

1. Samsung Health: UX, UI feedback after software updates
2. One UI 3.1: General feedback and improvement requests
3. Samsung Free: Feedback on new features of multi tab service: News and Instant Games
4. 3rd Party SNS: Usability and feedback on app's native features on Galaxy

As a Galaxy user, feel free to suggest any improvement, new feature or make a request which you feel will help us improve the devices.

All you need to do is :

• Create a post detailing your idea/suggestion
• Include illustrations/diagrams/images or any detail you feel will help us understand it better
• Include #InnovationLab in your post title/subject

We will go through all your suggestions to bring significant improvements. Week 13 topics will be open till 11th April. Week 14 topics will be announced later.

There is problem in new update with Samsung galaxy m51 like battery drain, heating issues, camera auto focus quality and clearity issues , network connection problem...plz Samsung fix these problems.... take some actions on update

1.OneUI 3.1 is power consuming specially over WiFi compared to earlier.
Auto rotation is not working flawlessly. Facebook videos not with 10sec forward rewind option on screen in Vertical mode.

2. Samsung Health - Auto detection of walk is now not working appropriately. If I walk for around an Hours time, auto detection shows 18-20 min. Cycling should be fun with summary like Relive application with photos and track video over map.

#InnovationLab Bring down the toggles of power on/off menu for the one handed operation. It was earlier present in android 10 one UI 3.0. Bring it back in android 11 one UI 3.1.

Issues i found after latest update in s20 plus.:
1) volume is no more has bass but has treble
2) the heating issues still present
3) most important is the camera, the camera has lost that clearlity and sharpness.
4) videos are not clear and sharp enough. In night, the pictures clicked using flash is foggy.
5) super slo mo is blackish and not clear.
