Hello Members!

Our community is a great place to discover new and innovative ideas for our devices and services. 

This week, we are starting #InnovationLab, a simple way for you to share your ideas directly with our teams!

In week 1 of #Innovationlab, we are requesting you to share your ideas for the following three themes:

1. Galaxy Store
2. Bluetooth
3. Samsung Pay

As a Galaxy user, feel free to suggest any improvement, new feature or make a request which you feel will help us improve the above mentioned apps/features.

All you need to do is :

• Create a post detailing your idea / suggestion
• include illustrations/diagrams/images or any detail you feel will help us understand it better
• Include #InnovationLab in your post title

We will go through all your suggestions to bring significant improvements. Week 1 topics will be open till 2nd August. Week 2 topics will be announced later.

Battery optimization please. there is always battery drain and slow charging issue after every update.

samsung pay transactions should provide point which can be utilised in galaxy stores to purchase themes and apps. more cashback and better options to utilize the points should be provided

We need a real "zen mode" app for Samsung. Currently we have "digital wellbeing" but it is not so useful because it could be deactived and it does not block "secure folder" which contains a lot of apps.

We need an app that once "focus mode" is actived it could not be unblocked. Please.. it would be very useful for students who have smartphone addiction.

1. Galaxy Store - It really need huge improvement. UI should be changed. It look so outdated. Add some new Apps, specially for Samsung Users. The Trial Versions should be available in Play Store also, so that interested user can give those a try. But the full version will work with Samsung Mobile only, or may be a Paid App.

2. Bluetooth: Include latest version of Bluetooth with almost all the devices. One Special Bluetooth based App of Samsung, which can handle any devices, which are based on Bluetooth Technology. You can name the App as "OneBlue". Obviously, it need regular update time to time.

3. Samsung Pay: Make it available for almost all the devices, irrespective of its manufacturer. Combine all the features (such as UPI, Wallet), which are commonly available with different online payment Apps.
Rename the Apps : "Universal Pay". 5% Cashback with all types of shopping.

I hope Samsung will come more new innovations to surprise everyone.

why do all samsung phones have bad cell reception .. two brand new phones in my house same room same space has weaker networks now than we had before we bought samsungs , our other brand phones had much better network

I agree. Same issue. Same home, same service provider connections, but cell reception in my A7 2018 is bad. Never get full bars but it's full in other 2 mobiles out of which one is samsung A5 2016 only.
