Since we are on the topic of suggestions let me leave my customer service experience here.

A battery drop issue on my Note 8. Goes from 30% to 0% in under 3 minutes even if you plug in the charger.

First time support team picked up the phone from my house and replaced a certain part which did not really fix the issue.

4 more service center visits and I was told to not play games or watch netflix and once even returned stating there was no issue with the phone.

Warrenty expires and 2 years later I still have the issue.

This is what I get for trusting Galaxy Note 8 after the Note 7 disaster.

Enough of ranting let me suggest you to work on a better customer service.
