Hello Samsung team

Subject: Furious Complaint About Missing Game Features on Galaxy F55 (V-OS Lite Issue)
Dear Samsung Support Team,
I am extremely pissed off with my Samsung Galaxy F55, which I bought for ₹27,000, expecting proper features because I compared it with other phones like the Galaxy A12, which costs only ₹18,000 and still comes with a Game Launcher and Game Plugins.
I bought your phone based on Samsung’s reputation, but what a joke — the F55 comes with a V-OS Lite version and has zero game features. Absolutely nothing! This is ridiculous for a phone of this price.
Every time I contact your team, you keep saying, “The next update will bring these features”, but what update? Nothing has come. I feel completely cheated and mad as hell. Paying 27k for a phone and getting a cut-down version with no gaming support is unacceptable and insulting.
Seriously, Samsung, you’ve got to fix this immediately. Either provide the promised game features properly or stop giving excuses. This is beyond frustrating, and customers should not be treated like fools.
I demand a proper response and a clear timeline for when the promised game features will actually be delivered.
