You won't notice any drain because it is negligible even in live wallpapers.

Anything with live wallpaper/video/live feed will drain more battety and if you want to save battery, check how much wallpaper services consuming battery,if its ok for you.. use it or avoid..

glance lock screen drains more battery... when I enabled it... it started showing in battery stats with some percentage..
now m using dynamic lock screen and I have not seen it show up in battery stats...
