I can't turn on chat features/ advanced calling and messaging on my note 10 plus

I can't enable the advance calling and messaging feature on settings.

When I go to the settings of stock messaging app, I can enable chat features, but I'm unable to send or receive any message as chats. It always switch back to sms.

And the chat features toggle turns off itself after a few minutes.

Same problem with my Samsung Galaxy F41. Service provider says the phone company can help, Samsung says service providers can help. Stop playing with the customers.

Facing same issue with my Samsung galaxy m31 can't turn on this features I'm using Jio on Sim 1 and BSNL on Sim 2 please provide solution to all we're facing same issue provide update to dived it soon as possible 👏
