If you forget your password, you can follow the instructions below to reset it.
1) From the Sign-in page in Samsung account, click the “Find ID and Reset password?” link.
2) On the “Find ID/password?” page that pops up after clicking the link, select the “Reset password” menu and enter your Email ID.
3) If you verified your phone number when you signed up for Samsung account, you can reset your password through Text Messege verification.
4) If you have set up a security question and answer for your account, please enter the answer to the security question you selected. If the answer is correct, you will be able to reset your password immediately.
5) If you have never verified your phone number or set up a security question, we will send an email to your account ID that contains a link, which you can open to reset your password.
6) Open the password reset email from your inbox and click on the link provided. You will be taken to a page where you can create a new password. Once you have completed the reset process, you will be able to sign in using your new password. Please note, the link expires after 12 hours.
