How to make the products icon visible in my products list in Samsung Members app

Answer: Previously the buds icon used to disappear after few hours or after few days after registering it as I registered them from here in the Samsung Members app. But when i registered rhe products from the website for warranty registration, the icons had been visible always and the category changed to phone from others, which i have selected it in the Samsung members app limited options.

Yes, but after few hours or days, the icons used to disappear and the product remains unknown in the info. I had manually entered the product details many times, around 20 to 30 times. And always the icons disappear and the product name will be unknown. This had stopped when I registered through the website.

Only two, because the wifi option doesn't support the devices I have. I had really tried it multiple times. Since 2 years in 3 devices. I finally found the solution for it in this month.
