How to keep certain contacts on silent mode?

It wouldn't not work. Silent mode doesn't back to Normal mode after receiving call from him. And this routine doesn't back to its reverse.

Open the contact in Contacts app. Click on Edit and scroll to Ringtone and click on it. Reduce the volume to zero. Do this for each contact that you want to put on silent mode.

But it makes all contacts ringtone to zero.
