I want to know that how to active eye sheild on galaxy on8

Pull-down notification panel and click edit button option, you will find eye comfort shield. Please click 3 dots on my post and accept solution if this helps.

Go to settings -disply-scroll down -eye comfort tap on it and its on🙂
