Follow these steps-

2) Then open keyboard and click this option

3) And then send the Emoji and enjoy 😉

Samsung needs to change the format for these emojis... In WhatsApp these are sent in the format of GIF/ sticker but I want to send it as a moving emoji..
Even if not for Samsung to other phone chat atleast they should change the format for Samsung to Samsung chats..

Then this will be a Samsung exclusive feature just like Apple has their own exclusive features in imesseges 😎
