wait till full battery drain then plug charging with type c to c cable with your f23 phone press volume up and power button go into recovery mode then factory reset your mobile

Log in to yoi Samsung account by searching on find my device Samsung on google. Then sign in and you will see remote unlock option. If this doesn't work for you reply to me.
