Before you start ...
This method manually sets image on top of clock ... So you WILL need to give some time to align clock and background
You need
-Compatible Wallpaper : the background and foreground should be separable.

-Photo editing app : I use Snapseed and PhotoEditor
-GoodLock: LockStar and ClockFace modules
-Creative mind and patience : **very important** 🙃

1.
If you don't have your favourite wallpaper, Download/Make your wallpaper. I am making new Lockscreen wallpaper...
So I need to download and make my wallpaper
2.
Crop you wallpaper according to your screen size (this will be helpful while aligning the clock)
Change colour as you need using some photo editing app

Now Decide where you want to place you clock.
Crop that area and make png of that area.
I want to place just above head ... So I am taking the upper portion of Head using PhotoEditor app.

Make your ClockFace like this in ClockFace app
- add Clock
- add png, which we created just now
- Date if you want
- other things as per your need
5.
Set your wallpaper and go to LockStar app
Select the ClockFace we just made.
And now align the clock with background/wallpaper.
You may need to go the lockscreen to see if the alignment is good or not OR you may need to go to ClockFace to do some minor adjustments in the image like size(zoom in/out) and position of image in Clock face.
