Tech TalkHello all,
I have an s22 ultra. Recently I got a green line appearing in my phone after a software update. I checked the Samsung official online care. I got reply that they insist me to download Smart tutor apps for remote accessing to my phone and they did some updating and failed to resolve my issue, I got this message below from Samsung's official chat on free replacement for this issue. I went to a service centre in Kottayam, Kerala state Service centre just looked at the phone and the did some physical inspection (invoice No ALH2425N4178 dated 20 November 2024 and rejected free replacement pointing that it purchased from outside of India also pointing out that my phone is out of warranty.
I never thought I would get such unfair treatment from Samsung. I've been using Samsung phones ever since i started using smartphones. I escalated the case. It's been more than 6 days but now response yet. I adore Samsung products but this service centre experience makes me sad and frustrated.
I never expect this type of issue from Samsung, I‘ve been used 54, S8 and Note 9 and I didn’t get any issue like S22 ultra,
I look forward to your reply and a resolution to my problem and your prompt action in this regard is highly appreciated
