Hi Samsung Team,

Lot of people reporting display issue after software update. I also faced same issue today morning. Raised concern and called customer service. They are not acknowledging issue, instead ask us to pay for display. I haven't done any wrong, but still end of the customer has to suffer.

I trusted Samsung and bought Samsung Note 20 Ultra. Next time need to think twice before buying Samsung products.

Great experience with Samsung. Keep up your good work and cheating people.

Even I am facing the same issue after updating, and the service center is not ready to provide an FOC replacement until they have an approval for Note20Ultra handset. Currently they are only doing for S20, S20+ & S20Ultra.

Even Scamsung customer care is not acknowledging the issue and saying we can't do anything in this.
Hard earned money down the drain buddy 😓
