Is there any way you can cut down the RAM usage of Google Play Service for all samsung phone. Thanks

No,its a core service for google apps and android system.You can't stop it from running in background.

It may be a core service. But this should not be an excuse to drain the battery. I do know that this is a deliberate design in all samsung phones. Please rectify this problem for everyone. Thanks
