Going mad that google account does not copy on galaxy watch 6

I am going crazy ,

I did everything I know and heard,but didn't work.

Can't copy the Google account to galaxy watch6.

My phone is S23 Ultra. 

I cleaned cash and data for Google play ,and any Google .deleted and re enter the Gmail account. Reset the phone and the watch hundred times.Made a new Gmail account.Used a USA ip VPN....

But still ,can't copy the Google account on the galaxy watch 6.

That's ridiculous .
