1. In landscape mode when you drop down the notification menu its size is still of portrait mode. Its unable to expand fully in landscape mode.

Scrolling works perfectly. Problem is the width of the notification panel. It doesn't expand fully in landscape mode.

Go to settings >general Management >reset>reset settings.
