1. In landscape mode when you drop down the notification menu its size is still of portrait mode. Its unable to expand fully in landscape mode.

then you can try these steps

A. Reset App Preferences.
Settings >Apps> Tap on Top Right 3Dots and select Reset App preferences.

B. Go to settings >general Management >reset>reset settings.
