Last year when m 31s recieved android 11.
In change log it was written one ui 3.0 and in m 31 ,m 51 it was written one ui core 3.0.Even though core wasnt written m 31s hot one ui core 3.0.If some one updates there m 31 to one ui 4.0 then we can be 1000% sure its core or full

But see another ss its of m 31s its written one ui 3.0 but it got one ui core 3.0 last year
You can see camera to find m 51 or m 31s

M 51 has big punch hole.
