Frame tv not getting update

One of my frame tv got latest software update while other showing no update. Both are of same d series and both were purchased together. Not able to manually install the update via drive too. Kindly help.

My samsung smart tv is now 2.5 years old but still I have not received any updates till now. I dont know what samsung is doing?
