I've been using Samsung Galaxy A20 from last 2-3 months, actually me and my girl we both purchased the same model.
Am facing some issues in this handset such as, sometimes charging doesn't work but when u restart the handset then the it starts charging, sometimes my phone is too slow even it takes half a minute to make calls etc. My phone is under warranty and also i've insured it but i don't have the time to go service center and i don't want to repair my handset. As usually, when we repair our phone once then it gives more issues.
Anybody know, if i can directly replace my handset?
