Submitted my Galaxy Book to Service centre

So after some major bugs in my galaxy book os I submitted my laptop to nearest service centre. They didn't gave me receipt said we don't provide it for software related issues either way I submitted both laptop and adapter. They said it'll take around till monday (which is today) submission date was Saturday (18/10/25). Today I called them they said it'll take a week to get the samsung modified windows for my model and minimal charges (₹500-600).

1 week without laptop is nightmare for me. I'll be fine without smartphone but not laptop😅.
