F62 call recording and call issue

Hi.. like other phones , call recording should be manual and available whenever in between the call , and all calls should not be recorded , wasting space .. also when u keep the F62 on a speaker phone and any other cell phone calling on F62 ..the voice starts echoing..very high distortion.. also why 3 finger screen shot not there like other phones...

1.Call recording is manual and automatic; if you want it to be normal then switch off auto call recording and during call press three dots at top right corner and record call if you want
2. It could be a network issue or connectivity issue please go to safe mode and check it once
3. We have been asking for it from ages

hi..how to go in safe mode..

call recording is sorted..

now 2 issues..

what's app calls aren't working..can't connect through wifi.. can't receive calls nor can't make calls.. and if it gets connected..it is bad..

To go to safe mode
1 Turn the device off by holding the Power button until the option to Power Off appears on the screen. ...
2 Press and Hold the Power and the Volume Down buttons at the same time, to turn the device on. ...
3 You will now be able to see Safe Mode down the near the bottom left of the screen.
For whatsapp calls
Please clear cache of whatsapp otherwise there must be some issue
Palm screen shots are only useful if you are using buttons as navigations and it is limited so if you want to take screen shot press volume down and side key at the same time

1. I would like to inform you that, Samsung has discontinued the call recording options from the devices as per the government instructions, due to some privacy policies.
2.As far as three finger screenshot feature is concerned, I would like to inform you that, we are totally aware of this, however, I suggest you to kindly highlight this as well on the Samsung members app. Our developer team will look into this and will get back to you soon, as well.

I had the same experience of voice in echo during calls. It happened after the back case separated at the bottom edges and at the volume buttons. 

All calls made to samsung customer care was through f62 after finding the back case separated and all calls had this echo effect. 

I did not have any echo disturbance before this back case separation.
