Samsung makes great phones with cool features and the OneUI software. But, the latest OneUI 7 update isn’t going so well for the Galaxy S25 series or older phones. Here’s everything going wrong with Samsung.

First of all, Samsung hasn’t said anything about giving the One UI 7 update to older phones. The new S25 phones come with One UI 7 pre-installed already, but there’s no news for older phones. 

One UI 7 Home App issue:

The One UI Home app, which manages the Home Screen, has been causing some issues for the users. According to reports, there are issues like icons disappearing, apps rearranging randomly, and instability in navigating the home screen.

Bro, nobody gives a s*** about s23 and the older versions of the S Series nobody is a s***. Switch to apple Looks like a more reliable option now. Because Samsung really doesn't know how to respect their customers.

However, we kindly request that you share the log file associated with the One UI 7 Home App issue. Also, share video clips and images for better understanding. This will help us to investigate further and resolve this issue.

Path share log file: Open Samsung Members Application > Support> Tap on send feedback> Choose Composer> Select error report> Select the appropriate issue category> Type your query and send.)

Note: To ensure relevant log information is included in the error report, submit the report within 3 minutes of encountering the bug or error, and do not terminate (swipe away) the Samsung Members application until you are notified that the report has been sent. This can take up to 5 minutes.

Dear cs_member10, Thank you for your positive response. Regarding the Home App issue, with reference to some users who gave this issue, I have posted,we all love Samsung devices, as OneUI 7 is running on beta, so there might be some issues on devices being there and it happens that's why it's beta update.
