Error While Participate Samsung Contest

Hello I am using Galaxy A51s mobile phone.I tried to join the GalaxyFE Fan Squad Event . However, every time I have tried to Participate that event, I keep getting this message: "Can't participate in this event. Check event details for eligibility. (BNF.403.111)". Please solve this issue.
