Edge Lighting is not working in M31

Hey Hi, 

I have updated M31 to OneUI 3.0 Yesterday. I couldn't get Edge Lighting. I enabled it from notification option. But still I am unable to see the Edge Lighting while I receive Notification. Kindly help me solve.

check if you using reduce animation. if you use reduce animation it won't show
