I can see it. Only on YouTube? Sometimes this happens to me after WhatsApp video or normal call. I think it's like Android 12 OneUI 4.0 Green dot.

No bro when I open pdf
It shows dot on the top
It hides everything every notification except battery icon or time if you enabled it.
It denotes that there are more icons on bar

i also get that dot when a notification arrives when any operation is done in full screen. After i check the notification, it goes away. But i dont get that that always when something is done in full screen
