Don't Buy Expensive devices on launch - Huge Price drop within a year!!

iPhone 13 - Launch price was around 78k and now it's just 50k during sales, ie, a depreciation of almost 30k within a year.

Samsung Galaxy S22 -  Launch price - 72k and will be available for around 45k during sales, a fall in price of about 28k within 8 months.

Samsung Galaxy s21FE -  Launch price was 50k, and was available for 46/47k most of the times. Now it's available for just 32k. A price drop of around 15k-18k within 8 months.

There are many other examples as well, but I just quoted some of the popular ones. I can't imagine the dissatisfaction of those who bought phones like S21fe for 45k plus just a week or month ago.

Add to that the poor resale value, especially of Samsung phones. So, IMO nobody should buy devices like these immediately on launch, unless you are too rich and are in possession of a lot of disposable income. People who have bought these devices on EMIs will have a tough time when they see this huge depreciation in value.
