Do you think that Samsung is losing customers by using the Exynos processor instead of the popular Snapdragon?

Samsung is still one of the leading smartphone brands in the world and also one of the trusted ones too. For once, you may not believe in the capability of a Xiaomi smartphone but Samsung smartphones are always trusted around the world. But I do not advocate the use of Snapdragon processors in Samsung smartphones and there are various reasons.

First of all, you already know that Samsung smartphones cost a bit higher than than the normal Chinese smartphones and this is due to the fact that Samsung smartphones have a better build quality and better durability. They certainly last longer than a Xiaomi or OnePlus smartphone. And over it, if you put the costly Snapdragon processors, the smartphones would turn even more costly and this would be too away from the pockets of the people. No doubt, Samsung would lose much more customers due to this.

Therefore, I think Samsung should use good Mediatek processors which have the same amount of power and they also cost much lesser than Snapdragon and Exynos. I think this one of the moves by Samsung would help the customers get better and affordable smartphones and Samsung would gain customers in the process.

I am proud to be a Samsung user.

They are surviving just because of this Anti China sentiments. Otherwise the story would have been "Are people even buying SAMSUNG?"
