Display issue of note 20 ultra

Hello, I bought Samsung galaxy note 20 ultra in January 2021. Now within this time ( One and a half years) the phone has started showing a display issue. One vertical green line from the top running down till the bottom appeared and then a scond line appeared after two days. I took the phone to the service centre. Recommended remedy is to replace display screen with a new one . I was using this phone very carefully. The display issue can occur from a drop impact. But the phone never was fallen or dropped. If it has fallen your service personnel can easily make out. I am saying this because, the display issue occured without any shock or a fall. So the problem, may be, is because of the hardware projected issue. Any one one of us facing similar issue, please post comments....

Actually, a lot of people having this issues in many series like s20 series .. this is genuine issue but samsung India is ignoring this.
It happened because of software.

Yes, that can be solved but i guess, you will have to pay a big amount around 24k to do that.

U have to pay 19000 for display replacement including gst and labour charges.

On the 17th Aug 2022, in the afternoon, I collected my note 20 ultra from the service center after the free of cost display replacement, offered by Samsung. The work is done perfectly well and the applications are working normal like before.
I am delighted to see my handset as good as new. Thanking Samsung and all it's crew for enabling this token of good will gesture favouring me. Owe you an apology for the delay in responding.

Bro please dm me if possible so that i can follow your process, as I am facing same issue but the service center guys are not ready to provide me the FOC replacement.
