Depth Camera in Galaxy smartphones.

Does Depth camera in Galaxy smartphones (mine is Galaxy M33) work automatically for all modes or some modes or do I need to activate it by doing some settings in Camera or any other app?

It is supposed to work in "portrait" mode automatically.

Portrait mode uses the Depth lense.
Macro mode uses the macro lense.
0.5x zoom uses the Ultra wide lense.
And normal camera mode uses the main lense.
