Video Flashlight Brightness

Hello all!

I don't know if this is the correct place to ask this, but here I am.

Is there a way to dim the torch brightness during video recording? It's too bright for what I want and I can't for the life of me find a way to change the brightness at all. Am I missing something or is it just not possible?

It is possible
Go in notification panel and click where torch word is written and than turn on the torch and change brightness of torch light and than start recording

I tried that but it exits out of the native torch app and uses the torch through the video recording app!! I can't find any way to dim the torch while recording
