I have some requests for the Samsung Text to Speech engine. Their are the following:

* Automatic switch in languages: Please give Automatically switch in between switching 2 and more than 2 languages.

* Indian Languages voices: Please add more voices for Indian languages like English USA and English UK etc.
* Delete and add languages in the Samsung TTS: Please give add and Delete languages features in the Samsung TTs only like Google TTS. Now we have to do these things from the separate interface.
* Beta version: Please give beta version before releasing any official update so any bugs and issues can be detected in the beta testing faze and we will get near to issue free official update.
* Make louder
* Add clarity specially in Indian languages
* Make faster

I hope You will improve Samsung Accessibility as fast as possible and implement my requests as well. Thank you.

Please does Accessibility audit in your Samsung main Platforms Website and apps like My Galaxy, Samsung shop and Samsung members etc for finding the Accessibility issues and Correcting them.

Please give Beta version before releasing official update of Samsung TTS, Samsung Talkback, Bixby and Bixby Vision etc apps meaning I am talking about Assistive apps beta.

Samsung TalkBack is not optimise with the Softwares.
It gives update very late compare to Google Talkback.
proximity sensor does not work.
It's text to speech engine is not allowing to completely delete some voices like-Vietnamese (Vietnam voice. After deleting from apps it still shows in Samsung TTS setting.
It is repeating and Skiping content while right swiping in the list like- Youtube and Whatsapp.
It image discription feature does not work properly. Google TalkBack Image Description is much better.
It increases and decreases automatically volume with bluetooth headphones while changing youtube or any other media volume.
It does not have third party TTS support unlike Apple's Voice over has Aloquence, Vocalizer and Espeak engine.
It jumps here and there.
It sends his voices in audio recording and audio search.
It speaks wrong sender name in whatsapp group.
It does not provide beta version.

Samsung should seperate Samsung TalkBack update from Samsung One UI update due to it Samsung TalkBack Users experience become worse because we have to wait for One UI update unlike google TalkBack Users. In the nutshell Samsung TalkBack update must independent from One UI and any Secuirity Update.

Whenever i receiv any call that time Samsung TalkBack does not work as well as no audio come and go during Google Meeting since a long time. This issue happens even when call rings. This issue mainly happening with Samsung Mobiles. I have all the latest updates and I have already tried all the trouble shootings but no improvement.

Samsung Switch App can not take backup of Samsung Accessibility features like: Samsung TalkBack, Samsung Bixby Vision and Live Transcribe etc. Please do changes in Samsung Smart Switch App so Samsung Accessibility Apps can also backup.

I have set never in Samsung Galaxy Store for automatic app update for Samsung TalkBack even though app update automatically while Samsung UI update.
So many developer contact Email IDs and Phone Number don't work for Indian Users specially Samsung Accessibility related Apps like Samsung TalkBack, Samsung TTS and Samsung Bixxxby Vision etc.
App Rating is not available for asking: How much This App Accessible for Disabled Users.

My friends and I have already reported almost all Samsung Accessibility issues on Samsung various platforms: Samsung Members App, Twitter/X, Emails to many Samsung Officers, Galaxy Store Ratings, Customer Care and Service Centre unlimited times but no much solution so far. This is very disheartening response for so many users like us who used to perchase Samsung Products for its Accessibility but now suffering due to Samsung Inaccessibility and Inactive Behaviour towards its Persons With Disabilities Users. Many bugs did not resolved more than 2 years.
