Company Intune work profile not getting created since Last software update

My company outlook stopped working since last OS update in March 2020. i tried to reconfigure outlook using company intune portal which is standard practice ie. but it is now giving error "CANNOT CREATE WORK PROFILE - THE SECURITY POLICY PREVENTS THE CREATION OF A WORK PROFILE BECAUSE A CUSTOM OS HAS BEEN INSTALLED ON THIS DEVICE." & "COULDN'T ADD YOUR DEVICE - TO GET YOUR DEVICE MANAGED YOU LL NEED TO ACCEPT ALL THE SYSTEM PERMISSION REQUEST".

I connected with my companies MS Azure team and they connected with MS team to get this resolve but they told that this issue is with Samsung Handset.  

Any help will be appreciated for resolving this issue.

I too  all of a sudden having this issue on my Samsung Note 20 Utlra 5g

running android 12.

   i was trying to register to my company's Maas 360 and since my company has moved to office onlne and the intune app.   Both mobile apps are unable to create a work profile dues to a custom OS... my phone is not rooted and DO NOT have a custom ROM

Same here,  both with an S22+ A13 and an S23+ A14 brand new with stock/official ROM.

Microsoft Intune keeps saying that a Custom OS is installed and so the enrolment fails.

The culprit is Samsung for sure, as always, any chance to get the issue sorted out?

I am using samung s23 and I am facing same issue, I have visited service center and they tried with re implementing official OS still same error.. I have knox as 0x0 and mobile is not rooted as well.
