Same here, both with an S22+ A13 and an S23+ A14 brand new with stock/official ROM.Microsoft Intune keeps saying that a Custom OS is installed and so the enrolment fails.The culprit is Samsung for sure, as always, any chance to get the issue sorte...

Most probably you already had another app kept open in background, and you can have only one at time...
