If you are facing the following problems and you have updated or are on One UI 6, then their is a simple fix. 

1. Dialler codes not working.

2. APKs not installing.

3. USB debugging not working. 

The fix is to turn off Auto blocker.

To do so,

Go to Settings > Security and Privacy > Auto Blocker > Turn it off.

I always knew that in high range devices apks dont get installed for security reasons , but didnt knew that it can be turned off.
