Do the procedure, after connecting ur phone to a computer or laptop using a data cable. It should work. This has changed with Android 11 bro...

Follow these steps:
1. Turn off your device Connect your device to the PC via USB (not to the charger) or connect type c earphones.


2. Wait until the charging percentage appears. (This is important)


3. Press and hold down the volume up and power button together and hold them until the device turns on.


4. Recovery menu should appear from there select "Wipe cache partition" (you can navigate using volume up/down buttons and confirm with a power button).

Then you can select Reboot system to restart your device.
