After One UI 4.0 update in Note 10 plus, unable to update the samsung accessory service app. It says update available. When we opened that it says app no longer compatible with your device.

Sharing error report is complete waste of time cs-member13. Whenever we sending report the app automatically generate the report in background and shared. But we always getting same robotic reply asking us to send along with error report. Either the app is faulty or the executives doesn't know anything.
