Bring back Wallpaper Motion Effects

Wallpaper Motion Effects was one of the best ways to show off the beautiful Galaxy Displays, looking forward to see them included in further UI updates.

I don't think it will come back. Samsung removed it a long ago.

You can use Goodlock app/Wonderland module..

Hey, thanks for the input, been using good lock since years, now waiting for update for one UI 3.0, however I never tried wonderland, would give it a try.
