Brightness issue

Why is it showing like this? While I'm increasing or decreasing the brightness

May be an app is running , so that the brightness can't increase or decrease

Restart your device once
Or
Perform reset apps preferences

Settings>apps>click 3 dots at top right corner>select reset apps preferences
