Tech TalkHereby i would like to inform that after updating to Android 10,Biometric doesn't work and if shows an error and ask me to contact customer support. Please review and help to fix this issue ASAP.

Kindly follow the below mentioned step to improve the performance of the device:
Reregister the Finger Print: Settings> Biometric and security> Fingerprint > Continue> Set a screen lock method> Continue> Set a screen lock> Register Fingerprint
We recommend customers to use only Samsung approved Screen protector.
For further assistance, register your concern in Samsung Members Application (Samsung Members App > Feedback >Error report > Attach log file for any issue)
