want to restore backup

Hi this is mahesh from gujarat.

I have taken backup of my phone including Samsung note. It's extention is (.bk). I was restore my backup but the Samsung note's backup hasn't installed. 

Now i want to restore it .

Can you please help me out this ?

We would like to inform that if you have taken Data Backup with Google and Samsung cloud, only then you can retrieve your data by following these steps: Apps > Settings > Accounts and backup > Samsung Cloud > Back up this phone > Back up > Tap OK on the pop up > Done.

For further assistance, register your concern in Samsung Members Application (Open Samsung Members Application > click on “+“icon > send feedback > error report/ask questions).

hello sir / ma'am.

i have done all the procedure what you have write down in this comment but i didn't get my note's backup and facing lots of difficulties.

please can you give me any other information or any other way to get that ?

when i backed up i get the backup of the note's in smart switch folder in my pen drive so i have that note's backup but it is in ( .bk ) format and this format is unreadable .
i have tried in so many software, applications for read it, but there is no any way to read it.

please help me .
