Battery and device care broken really really bad

That app is recording battery usage with absolutely no usage. I used the app Flud at morning and it's been closed since (you can see the time remains the same) but the battery it used keeps on increasing magically.

If you also see this issue often(I've confirmed this as wide spread issue even on S20+ in Samsung discord server) please send a feedback to get it fixed.

Have you tried deleting the app data?

Yes. It's been an issue since One UI 3.0 launch. I've verified this with other users in Samsung discord server aswell

it simple linux cmd to analyse every app usage.. just use & get output.. but they want extra ordinary for no reason.

how would it help? it's not even running in the background but battery drain is being shown as increasing
