The Edge is dead. Again. But why?

Marketing
Samsung is bad at marketing, but the S25 Edge didn’t even have that. No ads, no real marketing campaign, nothing.
Personally I’m sad because I love my Edge and a slightly bigger battery would’ve made it very compelling as a daily driver. Pricing was bad, yes, but good marketing would’ve easily moved over double what it ended up selling.
They ended up relying on Samsung customers to get the Edge, but that also didn’t work because they released it after all those people had already gotten the S25/Plus/Ultra. Imagine if Apple had launched the Air after launching a 17 Plus in September, disaster! And that was what happened with the Edge.
Might keep my Edge as a nice memory to have because it really is an amazing phone, I’ll miss what could’ve been if it wasn’t for Samsung leaving it to die a slow and painful death

Yeah, it was bound to happen: the S25 Ultra and S25 Edge don't have much of a price gap, but the Ultra is way better. I'm talking bigger battery, the S Pen, a better camera, it looks good, charges fast, and more..
