What are the symptoms of damaged sim card??..

 (in my phone only Vi sim is not working properly , always goes OFF and ON .network strength is exelent, other sim's like JIO ,AIRTEL, BSNL are working fine. I think vi sim is damaged).
 
WHAT IS SAMSUNG MEMBERS OPINION.??
