Samsung has accepted its fault and providing free motherboard replacement or repair
My A50s had auto restart issue after updates, service center asked for motherboard change.
Step1: Mail on Samsung CEO DESK, write that, the update has damaged your phone and you want free repair

2. The next day you will receive call from them, tell them the same, they will ask you to submit phone at nearest service center
3. Visit service center and tell them to submit phone and the service head has insisted you to do that and show them the mail received form service head.
Take job sheet from them
4. Follow service head's calls and instructions precisely
The whole process will take 15 days and you will get the phone repaired free of cost

Phones won't die completely,it just restarts continuously and after some time,we can use our phone for like 5-10 min or max 30 min if we are lucky.
So,there is a chance to recover data.

Send mail again and argue
Be adamant, just keep trying
Maybe they are getting many requests, so now they might try to decline

If this is true, then it is good for Samsung.

Followed the same steps as you said. Visited service center and received the job sheet and mailed it to the concerned person. Waiting for an update. My phone model is the Samsung Galaxy M21. I know the model you mentioned is different from what I have but the issue is with the processor which is the common factor of this auto-restart issue which is EXYNOS 9611.
