Application update or installation issue

I am facing issue in application installation or update any app in my J7 Pro mobile, any one can help?

I don' t want to format my phone, suggest please

Send error report in help tab.

It did not give any error, only shows as waiting for download...
Same status shows as long as I didn't cancel.
