If yes, go to settings - Click On Your Samsung Account - Samsung Cloud - Restore data (last option) - click on your device, check Notes and it'll be recovered :)

If there was no backup done, then Just Above *Restore data* Click on Backup and check whatever you want to back up, so that next time, you'll never face such issues :)

Wait, i think you accidentally deleted the note from Notes App,
If you mean that accidentally some text deleted while typing, ASingh's comment will be helpful one.

There is recycle bin for samsung notes. Check your samsung notes app recycle bin
